1. Habit 1: Be Proactive - There is always a freedom of choice between stimulus to response. thus, the only way to be proactive is to increase your circle of influence over your circle of concerns. 


2. Habit 2: Begin with the end mind - This habit require us to used our right brain instead of our left brain. our right brain tell us how to visualized, to be creative and powerful sense of intuition. Left brain in the other hand which most people use only functions as logic, identifying words and numbers. Most successful people uses their right brain. 


3. Habit 3: Put First things first - This habit teach us how to do prioritization of things. The Pareto principle is necessary for us in order to put first things first.

4. Habit 4: Think Win/Win - You can only perform win/win situation if you already qualified to be a person of integrity, mature and has abundance mentality. also, if your a person of high level of trust and cooperation as a level of communication and a high level of consideration and courage in making decisions.


5. Habit 5: Seek first to understand and to be understood - Emphatic listening is required in this habit. Do not filter what other is trying to say based on your judgment, opinion, and differences. Be with a 100% during communication process. we can only understand other people if we listen to them by heart not by mind or intellect. 


6. Habit 6: Synergy - Synergy in a sense that all of us can't do the things and some of us can do the things which we can't. therefore, we can do great things if we work together. This habit also help us to value differences. therefore, its a very dangerous state of mind to say that we live in this perfect world because there is no such thing as perfect in this world.. teamwork and excellence are the key to success.


7. Habit 7: Sharpen the saw. - We can only sharpen the saw if we continuously seek for balance towards Physical, Mental, Spiritual and Social growth. Physical - Healthy lifestyle. Mental - Continuous learning. Spiritual - Meditation. Social growth - interpersonal, emotional and emphatic communication.
