First and foremost let us define character and personality. Character of a person or place consist of all the qualities they have that make them distinct from other people or places. Personality is your whole character or nature. Therefore character cannot be a personality but personality can be a character. To further illustrate, the character of the person is embedded by sowing a HABIT. thus, a powerful process of sowing a thought reaps an action, sowing an action reaps a habit, sowing a habit reaps a character and sowing
a character reaps your destiny;such maxim prevails.
It is very important not to
deceived our self between a character and a personality. A man could pretend he is courageous - that is showing an image
or something - to portray a personality but in the long run denies himself to
be courageous when consequences happened. However, a very good example of a test of character lies in our Lord Jesus Christ. A midst his suffering all the way to the
his death, he passionately express his character of love, integrity, magnanimity, fairness and fidelity to his Father our God.

Character is a
principle anchored towards our attitude that even the most fiercest situation
we will remain strong! Personality is superficial. Sometimes we can pretend or
hide using our personality towards other people but it will not last long. It
will only served as a band aid that will cover the wounds but never really help
heal the wounds. We can only see through our character if we will change the way
we look at things. The so called " paradigm". True personal conversion start from our self. The inside out approach
of changing our character. People can't change us. The outside in principle will not work!

Begin to think of the bad habits we have right now. From there
let us be aware that everything can be unlearned if and only if we have desire
to change our bad character which is the lighthouse of our attitude to better
principle.
