How to coach??????? tell me??






1. See - if you coach someone make sure you are able to let him "see" the problem himself. Make sure he " see"
the values or the vision you wanted to achieved.. Let him "see" the J Curve in every change we make. and see the so called bummer zone in every phases of change.

2. Say - Let him "say" the reason why he's the victim of the situation.. Let him "say" the power of declaration.
Declaration is one powerful tool a leader can "say".

3. Do - Let the person "do" what he ought to do. we can only "do" things in accordance to our vision and applied core values.. to "do" things is the most difficult part in coaching. you may let the person "see and say" but if that person doesn't act upon then its useless.
